Leadership requires emotional intelligence

This January, Marcello Mortillaro teaches in our Geneva EMBA his module “Managing with emotional intelligence”.

Our participants develop an original way of thinking about emotions and acquire a set of practical tools to effectively read and respond to the emotions of others in the workplace.

Professor Mortillaro is well known for having developed the Geneva Emotional Competence Test, which provides you with precise information about your strengths and weaknesses with regard to your emotional intelligence.
