After a company visit, CEO Guillaume Massard and his team will outline the challenges their organization faces in terms of customer process management.
Our students will spend the day on-site, meet with employees involved in these issues, and attempt to provide new insights.
At the end of the day, they will present their recommendations to the FTI management.
