On the 10th and 11th of February, Donald Glowinski will teach in our Geneva EMBA his module “Training Group Resilience”.
Our participants will gain from neuroscientific insights and real-world interventions testimonies by extreme-situations specialists. They are invited to transfer those to train team resilience, understood as the ability to adapt to external perturbations safely, preserving the team’s cohesion.
Associate Dean at Haute Ecole de la Source, Director at University of Geneva, Co-founder TeamVision for Healthcare and President at Fondation de Ribaupierre-Graz, Donald has studied the workings of orchestras to identify the key parameters of team resilience. See in particular his article on how the qualities of interaction between orchestra members allow for managing the unexpected.
