April, 13 in Responsible leadership

Are you considering to join our Geneva EMBA ?

On Thursday the 27th of April at Unimail, ro0m MR290, between 10.15 and 11.15 AM, our Academic Director Judith Schrempf-Sterling will hold a Masterclass about “Organizational responsibility and ethics”.

Judith, our expert in corporate social responsibility, recently published an article about why corporate success requires dealing with the past. Let’s listen to what she wishes to share with you:

This masterclass is divided into two parts. First, we will discuss corporate social responsibility and explore various responsible management and compliance tools. The first part frames the theoretical and practical debate around CSR and provides an overview of its development. We also discuss the regulatory context that shapes and constrains responsible corporate conduct. Second, we will also discuss organisational ethics and examine the role of ethics and values in management and the unconscious biases that make responsible decision making challenging. This part focuses on employee privacy and whistleblowing as these are two issues that affect employees on a daily basis.

At the end of this masterclass, you will be able to discuss one-to-one with Judith as well as with Jean-Yves Mercier, the Executive Director of our Geneva EMBA. The whole experience should let you know if it’s time for you to take your professional development into your hands and to invest in yourself.

The entrance is free. You don’t need to register.

See you there !
